How we hire
Four conversations, about two weeks.
- Introduction, thirty minutes. What you have built, what you want next, and an honest account of where we actually are.
- Deep dive, ninety minutes. A real problem from our roadmap. No algorithm trivia and no exercise that consumes your weekend.
- The team, one hour. Meet the people you would work with, and ask them what you would not ask a hiring manager.
- Decision. Within three working days of the last conversation. We will tell you either way.
