How we hire
Four conversations, about two weeks.
- Introduction, thirty minutes. What you have built, what you want next, and a straight account of where the company is today.
- Deep dive, ninety minutes. A real problem from our roadmap. No algorithm trivia, and no take-home that eats your weekend.
- The team, one hour. Meet the people you would work with, and ask them the things you would not ask a hiring manager.
- Decision. Within three working days of the last conversation. We will tell you either way.
