Paradise Matrix develops and commercialises RealRelay.ai, a platform for building, governing and deploying AI agents. We started with cybersecurity, where the cost of getting a decision wrong is a breach.
Who we are
We were set up to bring agentic AI into sectors where adoption runs through review, procurement and regulation. The cycles are long and the buyers are careful. That is the market we built the company for.
What we do
A general-purpose assistant helps a little with everything and is essential to no one. We do the opposite. We take one sector, learn how the work is done in practice, and keep building until the people who do that work are willing to rely on the agent.

Our position
The last few years have produced very capable models and very few production systems. In our experience the blocker is seldom whether a model can do the task. It is whether the organisation can show, months later, who authorised the agent, what data it touched, which model answered and on what basis.
Until a business can answer those questions, its AI programme stays a pilot. We build the answers into the platform, for the sectors where the questions are asked hardest.

RealRelay.ai is a platform for building, governing and deploying AI agents without writing code. It reaches several third-party models through one route, picks between them for each task, records what each agent does, and runs on managed cloud, on customer infrastructure, or fully disconnected.
Security validation is built into the platform, not bought separately. An autonomous validation agent continuously tests the agents built on the platform within a scope the customer authorises, reasons the way an attacker would to surface real exposures, and returns a risk rating with supporting evidence and remediation guidance. It re-tests once a fix is made.
Yes. On on-premises and air-gapped deployments the platform runs open-weight models locally with no outbound telemetry, and customers can hold their own keys. This does not apply to the multi-model cloud tier, which routes to third-party model providers.
Three domains. Cybersecurity covers alert triage, adversary simulation, monitoring, incident response support and validation of the agents themselves. Education covers a learning environment where students build agents for their own discipline alongside their lecturers, with classroom and academic performance data turned into insight for educators. Fintech covers decision intelligence on investment cases and performance, anti-money-laundering and know-your-customer review, and research into who sits behind a counterparty.
Singapore is our home and reference market. The footprint covers thirteen markets: the ten ASEAN economies, Hong Kong, Japan and the United Arab Emirates. Each domain is proved in Singapore first, then localised for the jurisdiction it enters.
No. Paradise Matrix does not currently hold formal security certifications and does not describe itself as certified for anything it has not earned. Security and compliance characteristics vary by deployment tier and are set out in the customer agreement.
