Paradise Matrix

We build agentic AI for institutions that have to answer for it.

Paradise Matrix develops and commercialises RealRelay.ai, a platform for creating, governing and deploying AI agents. Our first domain is cybersecurity, where a wrong decision is measured in breaches rather than inconvenience.

Who we are

A Singapore company working to a long horizon in a market that rewards haste.

We were established to take agentic AI into sectors where adoption is governed by review, procurement and regulation rather than by enthusiasm. That is slower work, and it is the work we chose.

What we do

Agents built inside one domain at a time, with its practitioners in the room.

A general assistant is useful to everyone and indispensable to no one. We take a single sector, learn how its work is actually done, and build until a practitioner would let the agent near their day.

Our position

The constraint on enterprise AI is no longer capability. It is the record.

Recent years produced remarkable models and comparatively few systems in production. The obstacle we meet in the field is rarely whether a model can perform a task. It is whether the organisation can later establish who authorised the agent, what data it reached, which model answered and on what basis.

Until those questions have answers, an AI programme remains a pilot. Paradise Matrix exists to supply them, in the sectors where they are asked most insistently.

Our platform

RealRelay.ai

Assemble an agent without writing code, route each task to a model chosen on merit, and run the whole thing where your data is permitted to sit.

  • Built by the people who know the work. Domain experts assemble and govern agents themselves.
  • Independent of any single model. Route on task, cost, latency and sensitivity, and revise that later.
  • Runs where it is allowed to. Managed cloud, your own infrastructure, or entirely disconnected.
  • Accountable after the fact. Decisions, tool calls, model selections and approvals are recorded in sequence.
  • Security carried inside it. A validation agent tests the agents you build, continuously and within a scope you set.

Our markets

Singapore is home. We operate from the Gulf to Japan.

Singapore is where we build, sell and prove the work. It is the reference market for every domain we ship, and the standard the rest of the footprint is measured against.

The ten ASEAN economies form a single market of more than 670 million people. Hong Kong is the base of the cybersecurity group we work alongside and our route into North Asia. Japan and the United Arab Emirates round out the footprint.

What these markets share is the condition our platform was built for: regulated industries, data that has to stay in country, and institutions answerable for the systems they run.

Insights and speaking

From the director’s desk.

Notes on AI, cybersecurity and the people caught in the middle, and where our team has been speaking.

“The platform itself is the red flag.”

Aaron Ang on impersonation scams, in The Straits Times, August 2026. Government official impersonation more than doubled in a year, to 3,363 cases and $242.9 million lost, as fraudsters moved onto messaging apps the telcos cannot police. His rule is deliberately blunt: no Singapore agency handles case matters over WhatsApp, so the channel tells you before the details do.

Agentic AIThe same trick that fools a person

An attacker no longer has to break in

Give an agent your inbox and your files and there is nothing to breach. An attacker simply leaves instructions the agent will read and obey. That is the specific failure RealRelay.ai was built to catch, by testing agents continuously inside the platform rather than trusting a request because it looks legitimate.

IdentityOn identifiers that leak

Once a number can be looked up, it proves nothing

Identifiers were treated as secrets long after they stopped being secret. The design response is to assume they will leak, and to make knowing them nowhere near enough to get in. On the platform that means least privilege between every agent, model and dataset.

ResilienceOn the telco outage

Resilience is the switchover you have practised

Standing up an impressive agent is straightforward. Proving it fails safely when something breaks is the hard part, and the part that matters. The question we keep asking is not only whether it works, but what happens on its worst day.

Common questions

Questions we are asked most.

Plain answers about what we build, how it is deployed and what we do and do not claim.

What is agentic AI?

Agentic AI describes software that can perceive its context, plan a sequence of steps, use tools and carry out multi-step tasks with limited human intervention, rather than only answering a single prompt.

What does Paradise Matrix do?

Paradise Matrix is a Singapore company that builds and commercialises agentic AI for organisations that have to account for what their systems do. It develops the RealRelay.ai platform and builds vertical agents, starting with cybersecurity and education.

What is RealRelay.ai?

RealRelay.ai is a platform for creating, governing and deploying AI agents without writing code. It reaches several third-party models through one route, selects between them per task, records what each agent does, and runs on managed cloud, on customer infrastructure, or fully disconnected.

How is security handled in the platform?

Security validation is carried inside the platform rather than bought separately. An autonomous validation agent continuously tests the agents built on the platform within a scope the customer authorises, reasons the way an attacker would to surface real exposures, and returns a risk rating with supporting evidence and remediation guidance, then re-tests once a fix is made.

Can the platform run without sending data outside our environment?

Yes. On on-premises and air-gapped deployments the platform runs open-weight models locally with no outbound telemetry, and customers can hold their own keys. This does not apply to the multi-model cloud tier, which routes to third-party model providers.

Which sectors does Paradise Matrix work in?

Three domains. Cybersecurity covers alert triage, adversary simulation, monitoring and incident response support. Education covers personalised study, no-code agent creation for students and educators, and institutional retention of what is created. Fintech covers fraud and anti-money-laundering triage, compliance drafting, and customer onboarding and review.

Where does Paradise Matrix operate?

Singapore is the home and reference market. The footprint covers thirteen markets: the ten ASEAN economies, Hong Kong, Japan and the United Arab Emirates. Each domain is proved in Singapore and then localised for the jurisdiction it enters.

Does Paradise Matrix hold security certifications?

No. Paradise Matrix does not currently hold formal security certifications and does not describe itself as certified for anything it has not earned. Security and compliance characteristics vary by deployment tier and are set out in the customer agreement.
