Paradise Matrix Pte. Ltd. was established in Singapore to take agentic AI into sectors where adoption is decided by review and regulation rather than by appetite.

Our story

How we got here.

The cybersecurity group we work alongside has spent years distributing security products and providing security services to enterprises. That is an unusual vantage point. It shows you what organisations buy, what they manage to deploy, and how far apart those two things sit.

When agentic AI arrived the same pattern returned. Pilots were everywhere and production was scarce. What was missing was not capability but the apparatus that lets a security lead or a university registrar put their name to a decision.

Paradise Matrix was set up to build that apparatus and take it to market, beginning in the domain we understand best.

How we work

How the partnership runs day to day.

Named people from each company meet on a cadence set by delivery rather than by the calendar. It is where the roadmap is argued over, releases are reviewed, and anything affecting a customer commitment is raised before it becomes a problem.
